As Premises Owner / MCST / Gas User, it is mandatory to carry out annual inspection of gas installation by Licensed Gas Service Worker Or Professional Engineer.

Annual Inspection

• Visual checks – Inspect pipelines and fittings for signs of corrosion, wear, and overall installation condition.

• Leak detection – Use calibrated gas detectors to identify any leakage points.

• Certification – Endorse and submit the required Certificate of Fitness (COF) to SP Group to ensure compliance.
